Coach Teresa Nehra
Teresa has over 20 years of experience in coaching with a HARVARD Master's degree in psychology.
She works for individuals and teams to better understand yourself and the team you are in.
Teresa's goal is to help our athletes identify their talents and transform them into their definition of excellence on the field and in their studies
